Loved having to walk long distances to reach the old town and relying on trams for transportation. The small common area made it so easy to socialize with other people. So convenient!

Oh, and let's not forget about the hostel's prime location at the back of the building next to the car park. Just delightful!

I chose 3F Hostel specifically for its close proximity to the Art Pavilion in Zagreb, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and the helpful tour/ticket assistance provided by the hostel. The bar at SMILE & LOVE REPUBLIC ZAGREB CENTER was also a great feature that I enjoyed.

Internet needs improvement. Zero internet in the room.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful during my stay, making me feel welcome and taken care of. The cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch, with rooms, toilets, kitchen, and shower rooms kept immaculate. I also appreciated the privacy offered by the bunk beds, with thick curtains, individual lights, and lockers provided for each bed.

One of the lockers in my room wasn't working, but luckily I had a spare that I could use. The coffee from the vending machine was a bit small, but for only 3 kn, it wasn't a big deal.

We stayed at a hostel recently that was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms, toilets, kitchen, and shower rooms were spotlessly clean. The hostel even provided individual locks and private lights for each bed, giving us a sense of privacy. Additionally, there were large lockers available for our belongings. The location was also convenient, with a short walk to the tram stop and close proximity to the bus station.

We did encounter one issue during our stay. The staff could have been more responsive to email communications.
